Mountain Immersive uses Wise to issue invoices and facilitate payments.
Payments are generally made by bank transfer, including in multiple currencies where appropriate.
Payment information may therefore be handled by Wise in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Mountain Immersive does not require or store your online banking passwords, security codes or similar banking credentials.

7. Photography and video

Mountain Immersive may take photographs or video during expeditions.
Where we would like to use identifiable photographs or video of you for promotional purposes, we may ask for your consent.
Photography and video consent is optional and is separate from your agreement to participate in an expedition.
If you have provided consent and later wish to withdraw it, you can contact us at hello@mountainimmersive.com.
Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use where reasonably practicable. It may not be possible to remove material that has already been published or distributed.

8. Marketing and newsletters

Mountain Immersive does not currently automatically add people to a newsletter or marketing mailing list when they make an enquiry or booking.
If Mountain Immersive introduces a mailing list or other marketing communications in the future, you will need to actively opt in to receive them.
You will be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

The Mountain Immersive website is hosted using Squarespace.
